Change of Corporate Name:
 If you need to change the name of a corporation, we will obtain the necessary NUANS® report on the new name, then complete and submit Articles of Amendment together with the NUANS® report and the prescribed Government fees.

   Change of Corporate Structure:

Notes:
  1. If you are filing Articles of Amendment in Ontario, the process is manual, meaning the physical Articles are to be provided to the examiner with the provincial government for filing.  When we complete the Articles of Amendment for an Ontario incorporation, we send the articles to you for signature via email and then require you to send them to our office for filing.  Time Service can be 2 weeks or longer (if complications develop)
  2. If you do not have original (up-dated) Articles of Incorporation, we must first obtain a Corporate Profile Report AND copies of Articles of Incorporation.
