Introduction
At Cityfax Reporting Services Inc. ("Cityfax") we respect your right to privacy and understand our duties in protecting it. We are required to comply with Federal Legislation effective January 1st, 2004, governing the use, collection and disclosure of personal
information.
The private information you share with us remains with us at all times. We will provide your information as required by legislation, on to those whom you have authorized us to release it. In addition to this, any authorized release of information will only be made to organizations that meet the legislated requirements of privacy protection.

Privacy Code
"Cityfax" is committed to ensuring compliance with the Federal regulations established in order to protect personal
information and electronic documentation. The Personal Information and Protection of Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) governs this process.
PIPEDA applies to any commercial activities of an organization that involve personal information. Information with respect to business customers
who carry on business as a corporation, partnership or other form of association are not covered
under the act. The Privacy Code does not apply to information about business customers who carry on business as a sole proprietorship.

What is Personal Information
The term "Personal Information" will include any and all identifiable information about an individual, but does not include the name, title
or business address or business telephone number of an employee of an
organization.

Changes To This Privacy Code
We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Code in order to comply with regulation. Any changes made will be communicated via our website at
www.cityfax.net Please ensure that you visit this site from time to time for updates.

Marketing
Promotions may be targeted to individuals whose information on file indicates that a certain product may be of interest to them.
Distribution of marketing materials may include mail and telemarketing initiatives. Individuals will have the opportunity to request exclusion from such marketing initiatives.

The Ten Principles of Privacy
Accountability
"Cityfax" is accountable for all personal information in its possession or control, including any personal information transferred to third parties
for processing. "Cityfax" has established policies and procedures to comply with this Privacy Code, and has designated one person to be accountable for compliance.
Identifying Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
"Cityfax" will inform individuals of the purpose for which personal information will be used before or when they consent to its collection.
Requesting Consent
"Cityfax" will obtain consent before or when it collects, uses or discloses personal information about an individual. An individual can provide consent to the collection, use and disclosure
of personal information about them expressly, implicitly, or through an authorized representative. An individual can withdraw consent at any time, with certain exceptions, (for instance when we are required by law to reveal information.)
"Cityfax" will collect, use or disclose personal information without an individual's consent only in limited circumstances as permitted by law.
Limitations on Collections
"Cityfax" limits the amount and type of personal information it collects. Cityfax will collect personal information
only for the identified purposes or as otherwise permitted by law. If you apply to Cityfax for employment purposes, we will need to consider
your personal information as part of our hiring procedure. We may retain this information unless we are specifically requested not to do this if no job offer
is forthcoming. If a job offer is made and accepted, the information will be retained in accordance with our privacy procedure for employee records.
Use, Disclosure and Retention of Personal Information
"Cityfax" will use or disclose personal information only for the reasons it was collected, unless an individual gives consent to use
or disclose it for another reason. Under certain circumstances, Cityfax may have a legal duty or right to disclose personal information without consent.
Cityfax will keep personal information only as long as necessary for the identified purposes.
Accuracy of Information
Cityfax will keep the personal information in its possession or control accurate, complete, current and relevant, based on the most recent information available
to Cityfax. Individuals may challenge the accuracy and completeness of personal information about them and have it amended as appropriate.
Safeguards with respect to Personal Information
Cityfax protects personal information with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. All premises and networks are properly secured
in order to protect information collected. Please note that our website contains links to other websites which are not covered by this particular
privacy policy. Cityfax will, however, not provide any identifiable personal information to third party websites without the requisite permission.
Policies and Procedures
Cityfax will be open about the procedures used to manage personal information. Individuals will have access to information about these procedures through
this Privacy Code by contacting the Privacy Officer via e-mail or in writing at the abovementioned addresses.
Access to Personal Information
When an individual requests it, Cityfax will advise the individual what personal information Cityfax has in its possession or control about the individual,
what it is being used for, and to whom it has been disclosed. Prior to doing this, Cityfax will confirm the identity of the person seeking access to such
personal information.
In certain situations, however, Cityfax may not be able to give individuals access to all of their personal information. Reasons for such denial of access
to information will be provided to you.

Individuals may challenge Cityfax's compliance with this Privacy Code. Complaints and inquiries should be directed to the Privacy Officer.
